I can even begin to remember how long ago, my mother started making this dip and it's soooo EASY!!! I forgot and told a friend who is boating I would post it for her...so here goes!

You will need:
8oz Cream cheese
1 cup Diced or 2 cans ham
1/2 cup Shredded Cheese of your choice (we use sharp cheddar)

Soften cream cheese, mix all ingredients together and your DONE!!! Use any kind of chips, crackers, pita bread, Mr. B even likes this in wraps!

Additional ingredients to consider:
1/2 cup Onion
1/2 Cup Chives
1/2 Cup Green Onion
Depending on what you like, we keep it simple in our house! Let me know what you think :)

Slowcooker Enchilada Goodness

I found This Receipe  on a friend that I love and love her cooking's blog recently and tried it. It was such a hit for us and some friends. Super easy for those days you just need to toss it in and have it ready when you get home, for Mr B and I it's usually after 9pm some nights with school and work, so it works out perfect! And good news is it's easy to make gluten free! Just make sure you get gluten free enchilada mix or you can make your own homemade. To be posted later. Corn Tortillas, which I baked in the oven to make a little crispy and stacked and you got an amazing meal in a matter of moments when you come home late!

So I have to share I love love love the Pioneer woman and her receipes but some of them are hard to translate into gluten free and watching her bread post make me want to eat my arm off some days knowing I can never have bread like that without suffering. But This Taco Receipe makes me continue to follow her. There is nothing I would add except make sure you are super hungry, and use corn tortillas instead of flour and you are all set on the gluten free methods. Mr B and I loved the flavor that came out of these! We hope you enjoy!
